Any luck....i think on those a blown fuse will latch fire service..

Temp solution ..still an issue there ...

Was this a moded otis ..something got moved to sofrware if it is ..

Did you check to make sure the battery jumper is on .....if it is not and you have power issues los will come up as the fault

Also make sure you dont have more than 1 1/2 turns in on u.s...it can make it creep

Just cause they shut down with a particular code displayed sometimes that is just the first on the list and isnt relevant ...do you know when they wer...

Might be time for their retrofit .. ummm good luck. ..you will need it

They have an otis museum library I was told ..I would call and ask ...

Did you ever resolve this.

On the mph 1 it closes contact 11/14 to feed the contactor coil which also feeds ds38 which it needs to make a run or it woll shutdown with a temp fau...

You dont say what floor I am assuming lowest level .or how often ..

I second that on the connections ..not only the lock whipe but the wire terminals ...tighten all controler wires ..
