Yes, it's a geared DC motor with generator. The motor tag is from 1985.

Yes. It's stepping down but just passes floor level a little to fast and re levels.

Found another selector board, replaced it and problem solved. Going to have original selector board repaired for back up. 😎👍

FYI, HVM70 locks floors out in group, CHVM2A is cardreader override @ each controller.
