How long does in normally take to hear back on your position after you interview?

I was told durning my interview for local 18 Vegas they only hired 8 people from their last list.

I interview the 11th for local 18 Vegas. Hope I make a good impression!

There was a guy on another post that said he was 175 on Chicago's list and he ended up getting his call in a couple months.
