In aus you should have a lock proving relay in panel if lce it sounds like a lock not picking up what maint were they doing and check that they haven'...

I know in Australia it was installed by liftronic in Sydney if that helps

Sounds like not accepting learn check motor terminals as I have had that cause not to learn shaft properly
