what about checking your zero point

agree, check for gaps on magnets, i think back of selector tape. what is p17 and p18?

have you checked all you can voltages

have you checked the dol/dcl magnet holders are ok?

have you caugt it in the act? have you check all the valve relay contacts? you may be getting a down demand, the relays engerzing but no down coil, an...
