Look at the floor switches, are all of them on the vane? Did you inadvertently tear one off? Did a cable get snagged on something?

Does it show it being on inspection? I would start by verifying all of the parameters are correct. Do you have a print?

We have seen the wiring for the stop switch intermittently rub and open the circuit.

Update...... The common for open and close signals is 26v, the common for open and close limit is ground and use the normally open instead of the norm...
