If 1030 was your first fault at the top of the hoistway check the magnets at the back of the tape , make sure that they are in the proper sequence

Had the same problem , asked the customer to get the carpet sprayed with anti- static spray , it definitely helped

Hi Indirtwetrust I noticed that DP9 -5 is ground and Con6-3 is ground also on the door op. I thought does two would match

Does any one have the wiring diagram to connect the DB9 to con6 connector
