I use the cam scanner app. The results are ok. I have no trouble reading the scanned prints if I take it with a steady hand.

Solidstate I never received your pm. Did you have a copy of those prints?

Not sure we just got the account. It doesn't show any other signs of not being calibrated correctly.

It does have a tape selector and all the guides have been replaced

The brushes are all good .
