Fault 7 on a US 1230. I have a 1230 that gets a fault 7 on 3 out of 4 run attempts. the car will only fault in the up direction, it has a wye delta starter, and seems to fault out right before transferring to delta. we have replaced every board in the system except the mother board. any help would be appreciated, as i have run out of ideas, and do not think the mother board is the problem.

Scott have you replaced the Aux. contacts on the starters? Also make sure your valve is sized properly and you are not starting to move as soon as the wye relay picks.

Danzeitz knows his 1230's. You were correct on the valve sizing, if the car sees LD input before switching to Delta, the fault 7 will occur. valve sizing is the problem with this error code. good job
