Iam having trouble with the fire service. when on the 1st floor on phase2 you can not cancel a 2nd or 3rd floor call. but if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor call cancel works as it should.This is a old slimline relay style.

Im assuming that this phase 2 was added later after the initial install? Call cancel will cancel the car calls parallel to how the calls cancel normally. So if you press call cancel all you are doing is activating a "call canceling" circuit that would normally happen on normal operation. Do the prints reflect the added phase 2 operation?
