Does part number 9876954 .. which is a 6300 HL1 board uit work only for that door board or will it work on other tke door boards ?

It’ll work on any PA door board, PA1-PA7. And it’s not locked to the board like the ones on the controllers if that’s what you mean

Any of the LD-03 with UIT or HD-03 with UIT manuals will work
