Is anybody here to guide me? i am facing issue regarding brake controller card. brake card goes faulti every 3 or 5 months. kindly advice me what can be happened ?

if it is CMBK PCB, please check wiring for brake it is connected for series or parallel first.

What part number is the brake regulator? Is this a modernization?
