Can someone tell me why I can't connect to a TAC50-04 32 bit? I am using the 9pin to 9pin plug in. I was able to connect to an older Tac50 later in the day so what am I doing wrong? Do I need newer software?

Dont know of tool's performance but heard that Bart elevator .com or something like that has some software to interface with the TAC20
