Hi everyone I need information about the tune of the Tcm controler i have 10 floor but the elevator is not going to the floor -3 please help me thank you.

*Is this problem a car/cabin call button that doesn’t work, or hall button?
*Do you have access to the laptop and program used on this elevator equipment to input the call directly to the controller? And if so, what was the result?
*Or is the trouble that the elevator control doesn’t recognize floor 3 on the position indicator?
*Does the call button in the car/cabin work if the elevator is commanded Fireman’s Emergency Operation?
* Is there a security feature that is turned on for floor 3 to lock it out?

Hi . the car button is working but the hall button not working and i don't have access to the laptop and program used on this elevator equipment to input the call directly to the controller.
I just have a diagnostic unit 1 .this is a master slave elevator and my problem is with slave elevator.
