I’ve got a T4 where the doors won’t open on automatic, but works okay in independent or any other mode. Not on Door Disconnect. Car is giving a 37 fault indicating a door issue. Job has no prints and it’s only rear doors. ODR is always low on IMS. If I inject ODR high in IMS the doors will open.
Not sure where to go with no prints on the job.

So if you’re on auto it will take a car call, go to the floor it not open the door? Or I’ll it just not open for hall calls? Simplex or in a group? What is the mode of operation in IMS when on auto? And what’s with rear doors only? Doesn’t that make that the front?

Front doors are disabled. Yes on auto goes to the floor but wont open the doors. Every once in awhile it will open one time. Part of a group. Other cars are fine.

Does it say it’s on “Automatic” when on auto? Have you compared the door IOs with another car in IMS? And depending on how the front doors are disabled that could be related too. Still could be looking at the front door’s limits if the IOs are there.
