Im working on a serge car with a DL405 cpu, i/o boards,hi speed counter etc. this is a PLC style controller. We had to replace the CPU because the run light would not come on. after replacing the cpu, and inserting the memory card with the program on it, the run light came on, and the car will run, but only top to bottom. I did a learn trip but same thing. there are V memory locations that needed to be changed before the car would stop for calls. Does any one have any manual for installing one of these units from scratch that may have all of the memory locations that have to be entered manually? and what there meanings are

I've worked on this stuff with the PLC and on the realy control, back in the day when they owned a diode factory. I have no resources to offer with the exception that Fujitec purchased them several years ago. You may be able to contact Fuji for parts and documentation.

Oh yeah, the old serge series 3 plc controller. I have worked on a lot of these old units, they were a little less complicated then the 405 series. if you lost a program on one of these units, you could just download the program from another car in the bank and it would work fine. I have got to say, that is one of the cleanest serge controllers i have seen. believe it or not, there are still a lot of those units running in Los Angeles.
