We have a bank of 3 400a and one unit keeps going into kfm and trapping passengers in the unit. But to activate and deactivated the special trip you have to go through the whole login and turn it on and off. Idk why it is doing on its own randomly any info int this would be appreciated. Thank you

Replace the 12v battery and drain the capacitor on the GCIO360

I know that works for the 330a I will try it any other suggestions for this problem.
