The drive trip preparation wasn't successful due to logical data mismatch
0: Unknown (not supported)
1: Trip profile invalid
2: Pretorque out of range
3: Expected drive inverter preparation state not reached (software hangs)
4: NTSD monitor not set when required
ID Possible causes of message
1 The car drive got invalid trip preparation data from the elevator control (e.g. car laod necessary to calculate pretorque out of range, or invalid trip profile)
2 Communication problem between elevator control and car drive
3 Software problem (deadlock) at elevator control or at car drive

Thanks, trying to figure out what is causing the “software hang up”. Was able to see it fail today for the first time. Car goes to run, gets the 4 ****, tries 3 times and goes 99. It was also hanging up and MRI, trying to run but timing out. Monitored KET-S / O and they seemed to operate as intended.

Was failing fairly often then went away.

Re learn your load weighing. These cars are horrendous. I mean ridiculously bad for their load cells going out of whack and causing issues. It will cause pretorque issues and can cause it to shut down. Definitely worth your time to check/rule out

Replaced the drive a few weeks ago and it hasn’t come back so far.
