Hey guys, we have a North American 3300 that has been tough to figure out. Customer was power resetting to get the unit running and one time it just crapped out. Found canmb screen stuck. Replaced CANMB and CM.12.Q with SW. 4.07.03. CANMB came back to life and we were able to get it running on construction mode in open loop. Sometimes has a status 41, but doesn't run and complete a relearn. It's a duplex setup so we matched the software version through menu 301, and the down unit has some boards as blank. Two questions from here:
1. How do we pull the software from the good car and update the down unit it with that?
2. What other things should we look for and try?
It seems like we have a comm issue, and I'm leaning toward software not being loaded on all the boards. Any help at all please!!! Thanks yall.

There was a KONE 3300 Training manual posted in the comments a few days ago that might help you out. I glanced through it and it looked pretty informative. I have only seen one of these and don't have any experience with them.

Thank you for the info! I actually have that manual and it unfortunately doesn't have the proper procedure for software update, only BOD file download and update. Used to be at Schindler and can recall that the steps are not accurate but can't remember what they should be...
