Looking for adjustment info for rupture valve on older CEMCO jack. Appears to have 3 settings, one large hex on top, one smaller hex on side at top, one t handle near bottom. Have Pic, but size is too large for this forum. Can anyone help?

Is this on a LULA or a residential elevator?
