I’m digging into the memory bank here. Just wanted to see if it rings a bell. Cx cy lockup. You can jump the self holding contact on cx or cy to prevent this. Not at the job just seeing if I remember correctly. Thx for any input

This usually means you Made and ETS stop or a bad switch in hoistway or a broken shunt on contacts on controller. If a passenger is in the Elevator it can be reset by pushing and pulling the Emergency stop switch.
