I have an RCB (Otis G Serial G 01) board in a MRQ Spec 60 that is acting up. When power is applied all four indicator LEDs come on solid and I am unable to communicate with it using the Otis handset tool.
The problem is I have no prints or any idea if these LEDs are supposed to show any type of fault, I just know they normally blink. Any ideas?
