I have an Otis lrs3 duplex. car-1 is dead. won't run on inspection. safety circuit is made up. have changed f8121cb1 brd in cop 3 times. also controller relay board and power supply. I have inputs but no outputs on cop board. also tried new updated software. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
