Hello , ihave problem with otis gen2 elevator when i turn the controller on after 60s the normal LED turn off so i cant do DCS , i checked out the contract parameters it seems good , can i get a hint ?

The NORMAL status LED indicator turns off after about 1minute
And svt tool show ( DCS start error not able to run ) , the elevator is fresh installed this is the first time i do DCS , the (learn run) done well.
