Just picked up 2 on my route and have an inspection coming up. I tried to run through one today but could not get it to go past normal and final for slipped traction. I have a black Otis tool do I need to use this for the test jumping the normal and final in the controller doesn’t seem to work but I don’t have much experience with these units or the tool appreciate any input you guys have!
