having trouble with elevonic 401.car is stuck at casino level with doors on front and rear open.buzzer is on and position indicators in car and lobby are flashing floor number.

Sounds like your doors timed out.Could be a stuck button,but doubtful with both front and rear doors open.

As soon as the disconnect is turned on the doors both open and the buzzer kicks on,checked buttons allready

It's been I long time since I have worked on those.
Do you have prints and do you have access to an OMT?
There are some relays on the front right swing panel that include the door circuit.
Also,a little trick is to pull out the cards and reseat them.

I have the job prints,i tried cleaning and reseating the cards first and no change,i dont have access to an omt.as soon as I turn the power on two door relays pull in od and something else,5 seconds later ndg pulls in

Did you check all the inputs from the typical re-open devices?

You say you checked buttons already. So you mean you checked not only for stuck hall and car call buttons, but you also checked front and rear door open buttons, right?

Can you run the car on machine room inspection, or car top inspection? If you can, that would tend to discount drive problems, brake function, safety circuit, door locks, etc. Door close limit ok? What are the limits doing? All in their correct state, given the the car position? Got a PPT? Tape ok?

Have checked front and rear cops,will run on cartop,dol working,if you turn cop switch off car initializes

One more question.Do the motors have fans on them? if they do,there is a switch,an airflow switch, that tells the controller rather it's on or not.

Found the problem.it had a bad loadweigher cell.

You can set those up through the cop.
