I have an older 411 with the ward leonard drive that continues to fail intermittently. The DBSS board will display the "READY TO RUN" LED and will pick the "H" contactor even when the MCSS sub-system is showing that it is (Idle/standby). Effectively the drive is preparing to run with no demand from the motion control sub-system. When this event happens the car just locks up. It will not even run on inspection until you do a power reset. The DBSS board and the DBSS interface boards have been swapped with another car. All power supplies are good. Has anyone seen this problem before?
