Have a Otis 411 that drops calls when the doors open , give a dlf fault but all doors and gate switches are good has a gal opener

Do the calls drop when the doors get fully open or before? I’m not sure off hand I’d a DLF is what you would get if it sees the open limit with the door locks still made.
