Been performing energy tests and notice there is a wide range of Watts to the motor fields during idle. Some machines are "cooking" and others are more reasonable. Is the voltage (and therefore the Wattage)adjustable? If so, what is the recommended level? I can be reached at [email protected]

Check voltage on each field separately to see if any one or the others are partially shorted? They should not be cooking when idle! Are there any running issues? Poor leveling, overspeed, acceleration, etc.? Adjustment is possible. What controllers are you using?

Yes they are adjustable. As asked before-what is your control system?
