Have a otis 21 ulc with a pie selector..upon arrival found car 2 inches below bottom floor level..generator running, will not respond to car top inspection or running from machine room..the prints a pretty faded..I know ux and ud are not pulled in..just not sure what direction to go

What do you want to do?? Is safety circuit up? C and cx energized? Are doors closed? How are you trying to run the car from the machine room?? We need more information.
