hello friends am from otis elevator company and i have a problem with the elevonic 411 with PM machine specialy from encoder every two days the lift stops and i need to do the encoder adjustment again to bring the lift to normal operation somebody can help me to avoid this problem ??

faults when the elevator shuts down? and what encoder adjustment are you doing?
