I've got a Miprom HS, 2-stop that is giving a 0083 fault. Unable to run on INSP. Any suggestions?

0083 is Position Lost. Happens after a power up.

On the LCE board. Is the sfty string LED high. Also look at car lon and hstwy lon network LED'S, along with landing and car door LED'S.

When the car gets lost, it will throw an 83 error. It then searches down to the bottom level. The 83 should go away and the number 1 should appear. If the 83 remains, the car is still lost. Possible slow down switch, or up or down rail switch. Something like that pissed off the computer.
