how do you lockout car calls on a Miconic A?

Did that. The tool shows wich calls are enabled but I can find no menu to disable them.

If no menu to disable, may not be in your version software. Probing through my old memory, and I believe there was a security feature you could enable.
You can always put a key switch between the button and the CFC board.
