Does anybody know what clad cut means in the inspection circuit. Saw controller switch to inspection for a few seconds and than switch back to normal.

Are you saying "does anybody know what clad cut means", other than, the cutting of a circuit trace?
Are you asking what the electrical signifigance of that cut is?

Vic's right...
Clad Cut = cutting a trace on a PC board.
