Looking for any information on a Fault 43 on a KONE Escalator. Thanks

The unit starts in the opposite, of the selected direction. Maybe the motor phased wrong, or the wrong contactor pulled in. Possible encoder issue. It could also be starting torque, if it starts to roll back when, up is the selected direction.
