HELLO,
I have a Kone ECO3000 ESCALATOR getting #50 fault intermittent shut downs. replaced keyswitch , ran for a little bit and then got a 50 fault again shut down , all day long. any ideas/ i know it is monitoring start circuit. start key back to center position.
any help appreciated.

Are you checking x1/12 input?

Try clearing the fault log if it has a clearable CPU, a 3000 should.
