I have a 2 stop Kone MRL that was having various intermittent issues. We made a detailed list of all parameters, then sent in the ADON, CPU, and drive for testing, repair/refurbishment. ADON board was found to have a few bad relays which were changed. Everything else stayed the same. Upon re-installation, car would not move down on inspection, and we could not perform an ADON learn. Car jerks up whether I'm holding the up or down directional buttons. Double checked all parameters and found to be the same. Finally was able to move the car down by reversing the phasing. Weird thing is the car runs smooth in both directions when phasing is reversed, but won't move in the down direction at all with correct phasing. Double checked all connections, and even tried a second brand new ADON board with the same results. I'm newer to these machines so any help would be appreciated.
Edit: Check if there is a parameter to reverse motor encoder feedback signal. If there is reverse it and see if that gets you anywhere.
The sensors are the cigar shaped sensors right? Not the horseshoe oscillator?
If the 30 light on the cpu DOESEN'T go low when it is within door zone the signal is probably not reaching the cpu. If you suspect the sensor is good, you can trace signal to XB21 on the CCBN (car top board), and then to the cpu from there.

If the 30 light on the cpu DOES go low in the door zone then, well, faulting 0071 is a mystery. Maybe something went wrong during learn run or the sensor moved. Run it to the opposite terminal and see if it does it there too.
