Clutch doesn't extract causing car to stop when hitting hall door pick up rollers while running on inspection and automatic. What causes clutch to extract

Door close power. Closing force picks up clutch.

Found my door isn't getting signal from car top board. Either dc relay stays energized and door won't open or dc doesn't ever energize therefore my door doesn't close. Guessing cartop board isn't good? Anyone ever seen this?

Make sure you have dcl on door operator board.
Make sure elevator is not "out of service " mode.
Make sure elevator is not "out of service " mode.

Make sure 1-23 and 1-24 are properly set.
