Got dual cars. One was shut down during building fire testing. When returned back on got FCF PRIME code and b b under that. Car will not move to go to lobby and reset fire service. Safety circuit and doors all ready. Will not move on automatic or inspection. Car is at top terminal landing. Any ideas to get car to lobby ?

Esi notorious broken controller wire at relay screw terminals you have to wiggle wires at relays u,d,bk,p

Are you getting run signal and is the brake lifting when you try to run on inspection?
Are you getting direction relays picking?
