Replaced existing Dover Soft Start with Sprecher&Schuh soft start. 2 stop twin jack. Car will run between floors in leveling speed non stop and car will not stop when opening hatch door. Car will only run in high speed with either a hall or car call registered. Performed a houstway re-learn and same issue occurring. Tested all relays on PCB in controller. Verified no hall or car buttons stuck. Has anyone ran into this situation before?

Sounds like something failed in the leveling circuit. Are your inputs on for Level up/down and door zone? The car will level with doors open
