Has anyone ever had an Otis door operator on a 311 work OK after a learn cycle but then turn around and do what looks like a high speed clamping in both open and close?Door board and encoder have been replaced, thx.

I have seen that on an AT-400 Linear operator with stripped coggs on the belt.

What type of operator ?
