Does anyone have fault list for otis 211. Hydro ? Specifically 2651

I have shutdown code list. But they are all letters. The faults on my service tool are 4 digit numbers

That’s a DCCB, DCC input failed. Usually from a bad N/C contact on the Delta contactor.
