I think you faulted out because it was running at 400 and the software shutdown at 120, because the overspeed was set to 120% of 100.

Cartop is set to 500 as the default with access and machine room inspect at 100. I agree with Newmech that your load weigh might not be setup properly...

Otis uses mm/s not FPM in their velocity access parameters, 100 is the default.

Bad harness? check for 3v on each channel.
