Txs newmech 2819 says not used on gen 2 in my write up . Do you have any info or tips on trouble shooting 2819? Where and what is the pulse unit ?

That's correct dirt. U need to b on top of car with hall door closed to get to controller

This fault is generated when door operator reports doors reached fully closed limitand after waiting some time the hatch door locks are still not made...

Also the controller is on top inside of shaft .. how can I move the car up to get to controller ?
