have you tried a double reset on MR INSP? a lot of errors including things like a clipped door lock can only be cleared that way.

whats wrong with it? there are no copies of software in the field. each job is a custom setup by engineering.

make sure that when the core picks that the whole plate is flush the the core. usually the the top is .9mm and the bottom is around .8mm. too much gap...

Check your PTD's they can fail (on, off or blinking) after a power down causing a default 2002 fault because the LMCSS is confused.
