Yep. Done all of that. We did test for and find rope slippage of about 9" and will try a little rope lube to swell the ropes. Also will check balanced...

Service tool was screwy. Replaced the tape reader and set up manually then got another service tool to verify parameters. Thanks for the help everyone...
