Units back up and running..Turns out to be bad stabilent left oily residue on boards...cleaned and dried all boards and backplane, plugged all boards ...

When only the CPU is plugged in green cpu light flashes at 15sec intervals

All other voltage checked out..24 from v+ to vc and 15v at DSP board pin 2and 3 as well as 1and 3

Also ims works with old cpu plugged into another car...I took cpu out of #2 and put it in car#3 and ims showed it as car#2...I did not put car 3 cpu i...

New to this equipment... Don't know about hyperterminal test..And where would battery be on cpu?..I,ve checked backplane and am getting 5vdc but not t...

Thanks for the responses guys.... unplugged all pmi,s except #1,NEW DSP,and cpu...green light now flashes every 10sec,DSP flashes@ 1sec but red fault ...

Thanks Rolly..No Picos on cpu and they're good on DSP...I,ve pulled cpu out of car #2 and put it in car#3.... didn't run car but checked for comm and ...
