Who is a source to get parts for Otis Geared machines? Bearings, worm screw, bull gear, etc?

Titan will not sell parts, they will only rebuild the machine once received off of a freight truck. Any used sources that is available? Anyone have a rebuild manual for the #1 and # 2 machines?
