Hollister Whitney has found a problem that happens rarely on their 620 gripper please see their web site for more info.

Thanks for the heads up. I received the bulletin this morning via corporate release. We need to check our grippers 🙂

I don't see it on their website, what is the problem?

The trigger ramp on the gripper may not allow the gripper to drop onto the ropes when the gripper drops.
