hello dear , I have problem to read otis print and to troubleshoot thank you for helping me , and if some one has a CD how to troubleshoot the otis units i appreciate thank you

In California, you have to be certified by the State to work on lifts. It would not be a good idea to teach you even one thing, unless you went through our apprenticeship program. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. You can hurt yourself, or someone else. It's "all-in", or "all-out".
